Inviting the Monad Energy Exercise

Throughout my afternoon one-on-one sessions today, an energetic exercise came in, along with instructions to share the exercise and record it into a short meditation. I've also been receiving not-so-subtle hints to form a new blog, so here we go.
For my fellow energy geeks, I'm going to lay a little more of a foundation before I dive into the exercise. For TLDR, scroll down or click to The Exercise or The Recording.
Foundation:
Inherently, dis-ease is the result of inhibited soul forces through aspects of the energetic field and specific energetic points. As Master DK puts it (through Alice Bailey) in Esoteric Healing- "Disease appears where there is a lack of alignment between these various factors, the soul and the form, the life and its expression, the subjective and the objective realities." (Bailey, Esoteric Healing. p 16)
Over the years, I have come to appreciate that all "healing" truly is, is recognizing the Divinity in each person, each symptom, each aspect of dis-ease, each cell of the body, etc. When I'm working with a client, all I'm really doing is supporting them in anchoring in a frequency that is congruent with who they really are- not the distortion they've been holding. (This realization of how simple it all truly is, led me into a funny wobble a few years ago, when I decided that nobody actually needed me to do energy work, and I applied for jobs in tech. Maybe that's another post for later).
Now, I recognize that the "how" still requires assistance, and that's why when we're in session, we're using a combination of magnetic and radiatory healing. (Magnetic healing is soul energy expressed through the heart, the brain, and the hands and poured into the client, and radiatory healing is soul energy expressed through the brain, heart, and auric emanation.)
This exercise, as it was presented today, is supportive in each of our radiatory qualities (they gave me this homework to do as well). The best part is that it's wildly simple.
The Exercise:
You want to invite the Monad frequency into each part of your body, starting at either your toes or top of your head, then through each of the energetic bodies, which I will list out for you.
Gentle guidelines:
Keep it simple.
Take a few breaths and give yourself the space to be present through the exercise.
I promise, you won't do it wrong.
Be as specific or general with the body parts as you like- you can go up both sides of the body at once or do them together, whatever feels best to you.
You'll want to do this out loud as you're able, and as you invite the Monad frequency into each body part, notice any places where you may find resistance or congestion.
Do your best to be neutral about any sticky spots you notice; you may decide to spend extra time with them, or come back around to flow Monad frequency in.
How to do it:
"I invite Monad frequency into my toes. I invite Monad frequency into my feet and ankles, into my calves and knees. I invite Monad frequency into...[continue until you get to the top of your head].
Once the body is complete, you may invite the Monad Frequency into any specific organ, gland, or system (circulatory, endocrine, etc.) you feel may need it- this is especially recommended if you're experiencing pain or dis-ease in the body.
After you've completed all of your "parts", shift into the energetic bodies, starting again with the physical body:
"I invite Monad frequency into the entirety of the physical body. I invite Monad frequency into the etheric body. [continue through the energetic bodies]
The Bodies:
-Physical
-Etheric
-Emotional
-Mental
-Causal
-Manasic
-Buddhic
-Atmic
And then when you get to the Monad, which encompasses or encapsulates all of your energetic bodies, you may choose to sit in the energy there for a moment.
Do this as frequently as feels good to you, although today, one of my clients and I were both told to do this exercise daily.
Here is a recording: "I Invite the Monad" exercise
Now, for Students of the Guides through Paul Selig- you may ask why you wouldn't just "word" through the parts of the body instead- that was my question as well. When I asked, I was told that for some, the relationship with the idea of wording is somewhat different than the relationship with the idea and actuality of Monad. You may find that you try it both ways and see what feels better to you. When I was in session today, one client I worked with said she could feel "I invite the Monad frequency..." in a way that hasn't been accessible to her with "word I am word through..."
(If you are not a Student of the Guides- Word is the Creator in Action, and when you "word" through something, you are recognizing the the Inherent Divinity in whatever you are wording through. These are wonderful teachings that I consider myself lucky to be part of. Paul Selig is a clear channel and the Guides have brought through 13 books so far. If you're interested in learning more, I am the Word is the first book in the teachings).
If you try out this exercise, I'd love to know how it goes for you. Feel free to leave a comment below. And, if you have questions or suggestions for future posts, please let me know.
Love to you,
Carly

Thank you Carly ❤️. I just did this exercise and can feel the expansion and energy. So beautiful 🥰.
Carly, thank you for sharing this technique. I could not open the audible but I did the meditation. The energy was powerful. And it came right at a time when I was asking how to deal with a certain bodily thing. Thanks a million
I love this Carly, thank-you. Last time I was with Paul, The Guides had me invite the Energy of the Christ, first into my third, into my crown chakra and also into the back of my neck. It was very powerful for me and something I continue to do in addition to the wording of things. I have never thought to do it through the full body nor of the etheric body way as you describe but I am going to now start this as as a practice . Thank you for your work around all of this and also for the taking of the time to share it with us here
