Usui Reiki Certification with Leena O'Connor

Attunement. Practice. Alignment with Purpose

Usui Reiki is a gentle energy healing modality that reconnects us with Universal Life Force. In these soul-centered trainings, we’ll explore both the techniques of Reiki and the frequency behind it. Each class includes attunements, intuitive practice, and sacred teachings to support you in becoming a clear and grounded channel for healing.

All classes are taught live online and include a certificate of completion, digital manual, energetic attunements, and space for reflection and integration. You'll also receive access to the Reiki Student Lounge, a private community space for connection, collaboration, and continued practice.

Although Reiki isn’t the central modality I use in client sessions, it was my original access point—a way to integrate and embody the Esoteric Healing I’d been studying for years. One of the things I love most about Reiki is this: once we’re attuned, we begin painting the world in light—with every touch, every footstep. Reiki strengthens and amplifies hands-on and distance modalities, and interweaves beautifully with other forms of energy work.

​On Energy Exchange: One of the core principles of Reiki is that the practice must include an exchange of energy. This creates both ownership and reverence for the path. I also believe Reiki should be accessible to those earnestly called to it. To honor both values, you’ll see a sliding scale pricing model for each class. When choosing your rate, I invite you to pause and feel into the energetically integrous choice for you. What level of exchange reflects both your current capacity and the value of what you're receiving? Reiki Level I
Self-Healing & Foundations

What You’ll Learn:

  • History and principles of Usui Reiki

  • Energy anatomy basics (chakras, aura, hand positions)

  • How to channel Reiki for yourself and others

  • Grounding, boundaries, and energetic hygiene

  • Introduction to intuitive sensing

  • Level 2 attunements provide a quantum leap in vibratory level

  • Practice sending distance Reiki to one another

Reiki Master Teacher Certification
Embodiment, Transmission & Teaching

What You’ll Learn:

  • Master symbol and advanced techniques

  • Attunement process: how to pass Reiki on to others

  • Deep practice with energy transmission and anchoring

  • Soul alignment and inner leadership

  • Space holding, mentoring, and sacred responsibility

  • Practice giving attunements and teaching segments

Class Format:

  • Two-part weekend training

  • Live on Zoom (includes time for integration between sessions)

  • PDF manual, one quadruple attunement, and certificate of completion

  • Optional ongoing mentoring support

Sliding Scale Investment:

  • ​$800 - Abundance Tier (supports scholarships & community access)

  • $700  - Sustainable Tier (true energetic exchange, aligned with lineage)

FAQs

Do I need prior experience to take Reiki 1?

No prior experience is required- just curiosity and an open heart

​

Can I take Level II or Master if I trained with another teacher?

Yes, if your prior training was in the Usui Reiki system. Please contact me to discuss alignment.

​

Are classes recorded?

Live attendance is required to receive attunement, but some portions may be recorded for review.

Previously Certified Practitioners & Audit Option

Already certified in Reiki and feeling called to revisit the material or deepen in a new frequency?

Practitioners who have previously received Reiki certification (from any lineage or teacher) are welcome to audit my classes at a reduced exchange. This option is ideal for those seeking to:

  • Refresh their connection with Reiki

  • Receive the unique frequency and teaching transmission I offer

  • Integrate the energy in a new way

  • Reattune in the context of their evolving path

While formal attunements and certificates are not included with the audit rate, you will be held in the group field and receive the benefit of the teachings, guided practices, and energetic transmission.
