I’ve been aware of the unseen for as long as I can remember. As a child, I had mystical experiences I didn’t have language for, alongside experiences that were confusing, overwhelming, and much harder to make sense of. I was naturally sensitive to people, environments, and things that seemed to exist just beyond ordinary perception, with no way of understanding what I was perceiving or how to navigate it.
Those experiences left me with questions. By 2001, I had begun exploring religion, spirituality, consciousness, and energy more intentionally, largely in an effort to understand myself and make sense of what I had experienced. I was interested in meaning, in the nature of reality, and in why genuine moments of clarity could coexist with fear, confusion, and distortion.
Over time, discernment became as important to me as perception itself. Sensitivity gives us information; understanding what we are sensing is another matter entirely. Learning to question interpretation, recognize distortion, and remain open to what is actually present became an essential part of my path.
In 2008, I began working with a teacher whose approach would become one of the foundational threads of my work. I encountered Esoteric Healing first through receiving the work myself. Alongside that experience, I learned pieces of the system, explored esoteric philosophy and consciousness, and slowly began recognizing larger patterns in what I was experiencing.
In 2009, I began formally studying energy work through workshops and training. My motivation remained deeply personal: curiosity, self-understanding, and a desire to comprehend energy and consciousness more clearly.
The structure and language came gradually. For years, I understood parts of the work experientially before I could place them within a larger framework. That sequence continues to shape how I approach this work today. Experience, observation, discernment, and understanding inform one another.
Following the thread
As the years passed, I continued studying, receiving, practicing, questioning, and experimenting. My exploration expanded into Reiki, Sound Healing, North American Shamanism, subtle anatomy, meditation, consciousness practices, and other forms of energetic and spiritual study.
I followed what drew my curiosity and what helped me understand my own experience more deeply. Each new layer seemed to open another question, and the questions kept leading me forward.
Eventually, other people began asking me to share what I was doing. People who knew me started asking for readings. Then they began asking for energy work. They told other people, those people reached out, and what had begun informally grew through word of mouth. Somewhere along the way, I looked around and realized I was regularly working with clients, and the work I had been doing before simply no longer had much room in my life.
I couldn’t have mapped this path in advance. Looking back, I can see how elegantly each stage prepared the next. The things I studied because I was curious, the experiences I wanted to understand, the sensitivity I was learning to navigate, and the practices I felt drawn toward all became part of what I would eventually need. What once looked like separate threads now reveals itself as intentional unfoldment.
Learning to Work with what was Already There
My intuitive and channeling capacities developed through that same process. The sensitivity had always been present and what changed over time was my relationship with it.
Discernment deepened, alongside openness, trust, and willingness.
Experiences that had once felt overwhelming or undifferentiated became easier to recognize and work with consciously. I learned to notice different qualities of energy, recognize patterns, distinguish impression from interpretation, and become more precise about what information was actually asking for my attention.
Energetic Alchemy
Today, I bring these threads together through what I call Energetic Alchemy.
My work is soul-focused and consciousness-based. I work with energy, awareness, and the deeper patterns that shape our experiences while remaining grounded in the realities of being human.
Each session is responsive to what is actually present. The work may include energetic support, intuitive guidance, coaching, Esoteric Healing, Reiki, Light Language, deeper inquiry, or a conversation that allows something to come into clearer view. I listen, notice, and discern.
Sometimes the work moves directly through the subtle field. Sometimes clarity comes through recognizing a pattern, understanding an experience differently, developing greater discernment, or finding language for something that has been sensed but not yet fully understood.
The form continues to evolve. The deeper orientation has remained remarkably consistent: curiosity about consciousness, respect for the intelligence of Energy, relationship with Soul & Monad, and a willingness to meet what is asking to become conscious.

I continue to consider myself a student of this work. Years of experience have made me increasingly interested in discernment, synthesis, experimentation, and the places where direct experience asks us to refine what we thought we understood.
I’m comfortable knowing what I know, while leaving room for what I don’t yet understand because the mystery remains an exciting part of the work.
I’m also a wife, dog mom, plant enthusiast, watercolor student, reader, and relentlessly curious human being.
I love being outside, making things with my hands, learning because something catches my attention, and tending an ever-growing collection of houseplants, including plants that have lived in my family for decades. There is usually something I’m studying, making, growing, or intending to understand.
For me, spiritual development belongs in the middle of ordinary human life. The work asks us to become more fully present within our lives, relationships, bodies, creativity, responsibilities, and joy.
Beyond the Session Room
There is a steadiness in joy that matters deeply to me. Joy can become something we learn to hold, a resonance available even while we remain honest about the complexity of the human experience.
As we become clearer, more aligned, and more available, that resonance begins to speak through us. It becomes visible in how we love, create, relate, choose, work, rest, laugh, tend what is ours to tend, and meet the world around us.
This is where spirit and form meet and where the work becomes lived.
