Energetic Field Notes: March and the Rising Current of April

Hi friends,

I meant to get these notes out a little earlier, but just like for many of you, life is moving pretty quickly right now.

We’re right in the middle of packing, preparing for our cross-country move, and letting a lot of things reorganize themselves. This is reflective of the energetic field at large.

For weeks now, the image that keeps coming through is a late winter or early spring storm. Wind moving through, rain softening the ground, and lightning striking. The strong kind of storm that wakes things up. That imagery has turned out to be pretty accurate through the micro and macro lenses.

There’s a quickening in the field right now. Things are moving faster. Conversations are landing more quickly. Decisions are clarifying. Situations that have been hovering are starting to resolve or reorganize.

From an Ageless Wisdom lens, this feels like a strengthening of Ray One and Ray Three, with Ray Two holding the center.

Ray One brings clarity and strengthens the vertical line. It supports standing in what is true.

Ray Three reorganizes structures. It reshuffles plans, beliefs, timing, and direction.

Ray Two keeps the heart steady so the whole process unfolds with wisdom.

Put together, this can feel a bit like lightning illuminating dry branches. Things that are ready to release release. What is rooted holds.

One thing I’ve been noticing in sessions lately is a subtle tendency to brace. When energy accelerates, the body sometimes tightens in anticipation.

If you notice that happening, pause for a moment.

Drop the shoulders.

Take a breath into the lower belly.

Feel your feet on the ground.

There’s nothing here that requires bracing.

The image that keeps coming back is of the Mighty Oak. The wind moves through the branches and the roots stay steady. That is the invitation of now.

You might be noticing:

• quicker emotional processing 

• clearer internal yes and no signals 

• a desire to simplify things 

• less tolerance for misalignment 

• moments of sudden clarity

This energy continues building as we move toward April. This feels like a rising initiating current in the field. After the clearing and reorganization of March, this energy starts to carry more forward motion. It feels creative, decisive, and a little bit brighter. The same Ray One current that has been illuminating what needs to shift begins to move us toward new beginnings. It’s the kind of energy that helps ideas take form and encourages the first steps of something new.

For now, the practice is simple: Stay rooted. Stay present. Let the wind move through.
