🔥 Summer Solstice: Anchoring the Light, Igniting the Inner Flame 🔥

A few years ago, I hosted a retreat called WooWoo 101. As I’m moving into offering more virtual workshops and stepping into mentoring, I’ve been revisiting the transcripts from that retreat. What struck me then, and continues to ripple through my work now, is how beautifully our energetic unfoldment mirrors the natural rhythms of the Earth.

And now, here we are at the Summer Solstice: the peak of light in the Northern Hemisphere. The sun, in all its power, reminds us of the fire within. Not the fire of burnout or overstimulation, but the Sacred fire: the cleansing flame that refines, clarifies, and activates.

In the teachings of the Ageless Wisdom, the Solstice marks a sacred turning point, in both the outer cycles of the Earth and within the initiatory journey of the soul. It’s a moment of solar initiation. A symbolic coronation of the heart, where the Will-to-Good may be consciously anchored into action through us.

I often say in sessions:

“The fire doesn't just burn away what no longer serves, it activates what is ready to live.”

This Solstice invites us to align with that activation. To stand in the light of the Soul, allowing the inner sun to rise in our own being. To let what is sacred and true burn brighter.

✨ Some things I invite you to reflect on this Solstice:

• What fire is rising within you that is not destructive, but clarifying?

• Where are you being called to anchor more light: in your thoughts, actions, relationships, or service?

• How might you offer yourself to the fire, not to be consumed, but to be consecrated?

We are not meant to hold the light alone. We anchor it together. Every Solstice is a collective invocation. An opportunity to remember that light is presence. It is the presence of your Soul made manifest in your everyday life.

And as I’ve said in client sessions lately: “When the inner sun rises, it’s for service.”

So this Solstice, may you allow the fiery grace of the sun to cleanse what’s no longer required. May you receive its warmth as a gentle affirmation of your path. And may you anchor the light that only you can carry, for the upliftment of all.
