This group session is an invitation to soften the noise of the outside world and return to the truth within. Clarity is about reconnecting with the essence of who you are-an expression of spirit in form. Layers of doubt, distortion and conditioning begin to fall away, making space for the clarity of your being to shine through. This is less about figuring things out- and more about feeling the truth of your presence, your frequency, your unique expression.
 
Group sessions have a different topic each month, and are open to anyone who feels called to join. All are welcome. The sessions are an hour long and unfold organically according to the needs of the group. The meditative energy work portion is followed by a brief q&a. Modalities during sessions vary and often include channeled energy work, light language, Esoteric Healing, and/or Reiki.
